I work as a senior applied research scientist at Nvidia Corporation. Previously, I was a research associate at King's College London (KCL) and University College London (UCL); I received my PhD from CVIP Dundee, UK.

I have been fortunate to do what I love: I'm interested in applying computer vision and pattern recognition techniques in medical image analysis. I write open-source software for open and reproducible research. Most of my contributions are made available via github.com/wyli.
