I work at NVIDIA on computer vision and medical image analysis. My current work involves developer tooling and software quality infrastructure for the Holoscan platform.
I was a lead developer of MONAI and NiftyNet, open-source toolkits for deep learning in medical imaging. Before joining NVIDIA, I worked as a research associate at King's College London (KCL) and University College London (UCL), and completed my PhD at CVIP Dundee, UK.
I'm passionate about open-source tools and reproducible research — many of my contributions are available at github.com/wyli. In addition, my professional service includes IEEE Senior Member status and a guest associate editorship for IEEE TMI.
